The philosophy behind the Circle Club equipment defines the major difference between us and any other classical or conventional fitness studio. The Circle Club is divided into four circuits of milon equipment, each of them serving a different purpose.
Two 17.5 minute cycles of the strength-endurance circuit and only twice in ten days – this is all the time you need to spend to do your body some good. The fastest way to achieve a basic level of strength and endurance.
All milon training methods are based on the latest discoveries in sports science. They are developed with the help of experts in the relevant fields and their effectiveness is tested in independent studies.
The heart of the milon training principle. 17.5 minutes - one pass through the circuit - provides you with simple, safe, and effective total body training.
With the milon Strength-Endurance Circuit, you train your spine, upper body, torso, legs - in one set. Two endurance sets on a Crosswalker elliptical and an ergometer strengthen the most important muscle, the heart.
The process follows precision timing: exertion phases for 60 seconds each on the strength training equipment or 4 minutes for the endurance equipment. 30 second recovery phases in between each.
Effective muscle development is the focus. Unlike with the strength-endurance circuit, this is achieved with shorter intervals and higher muscular exertion.
40 seconds of exertion, 30 seconds of rest. With this typical rhythm, a round of the milon Strength Circuit lasts between six and twelve minutes. And even though it goes by quickly, you still train all muscle groups with intensity. Precise and to the point.
The strength circuit is most often used as part of a training cycle after a strength-endurance circuit. In doing so, muscles are addressed that were previously not challenged as intensely.
The milon Cardio Circuit is all about your heart: if it is beating too fast, the intelligent milon equipment automatically switches to a “lower gear” and reduces the intensity *. And vice-versa. This way, you always train in the ideal pulse range for you and your training goals. *If you are wearing the right compatible heart monitor.
Here you always train in your ideal pulse range. The intelligent milon equipment adapts to your heart rate and thereby guarantees the right intensity.)
Vibration training can reach its full potential in a circuit. Local muscle groups are addressed as well as the most important muscle, your heart, in a precisely timed station with vibration plates and a vibration ergometer.
The vibration circuit includes the milbration PLATE whose development is based on the expertise of Dieter Quarz from the German Sports University in Cologne. The certified trainer is one of the most well-known pioneers in the field of vibration-based training.
